Someone from as and associates are callling me telling me that they have lawyers involved and demanding payment in full. The rep that i spoke with was very nasty, and said that she would not except payment arrangements. She also said that my personal information would be put out there in the system. Advice please

I just called the office of CA atty general and got in that famous voice loop. I am not sure what to do, I have a 185.00 payment due next week. and i have paid over 4k on a 4x300.00 =1200.00 loan.. this is a storefront. She wont give me a accounting i have never signed a contract and all i get when i try to talk to her is the run around. I am afraid to stop payment on the checks I am not sure if she can sue me and if so what will happen to me.. I am so frustrated.. I could get a laywer but i dont have the money for that either... and ideas?? jn

I'm thinking about closing my bank accnt. and reopening a newone, and make arrangements to pay later,since right now, I'm behind on my water and light bill,and my daughter's school. I really can't sleep at night, I have nightmares about these loans, I wish i would've never found their site!!!! I did have financial problems before but was always able to pay my bills, thing that I can't do now. pls. give me advice. :(

I am completely in over my head and don't know what to do. I fell into the trap of payday loans shortly after my fiance left me in a financial lurch (and left me for another woman) I have so many payday loans, that have apparantly only been charging me the fee for renewal every 2 wks (i get paid bi-weekly) that I have NO MONEY left after my paycheck is deposited. I have had to take a second job just to be able to put food on the table. How is it possible that I have been paying these people for months and I haven't paid down almost any of their loans??? How can I get myself afloat again?

Hi, I wanted to consolidate my bills and get a loan for $15,000 (which will also be used to refinance my vehicle), but my husband and I were denied because we haven't worked at our currents jobs long enough because we just moved into a new state. My husband has stayed in the same field for 10 years with solid work history... so I didn't know that would hurt us. How can we get a loan? Thanks

Does anyone know whether Cashnet 500 is in any way affiliated with Cashnet Financial Group, Inc. of Plano TX? or if they have any other name under which they do business? I am a Mass resident and am trying to determine whether or not they are licensed to do business in Mass before I send my settlement letter.
