DC, I have been having the same problem. I sent a certified debt validation letter to them at 3411 Bailey Avenue Ste.1, Buffalo, NY. I haven't received my receipt back in the mail yet, but it was just last week. I don't think anyone monitors this site. I've asked several questions but no one has answered them on here.

Does anyone know how or what is involved in forming a business corporation? For instance, do the people forming it put up money,collateral,etc.? I need some advice on what I need to do to get out of debt. When I turned 18 I took a job in property management and was making very good money, however the property was sold and I was put out of a job, then I had a ovarian cyst and bronchitious which caused a delay on finding a new job. Now that I have found a new job I am so far behind on my bills that I can't see the end in sight. I have 4 credit cards (total debt~2,300) and a computer (~1200), plus medical bills that I am working to pay off. I just dont know how to attempt to get these paid off. Any advice would be useful. I have $5000 in credit card debt and really NEED to eliminate it as soon as possible. I got a card about 6 months ago to try and build some credit becuase when I purchased my first car, it was at a very high interst rate due to lack of credit. At that time, I was self employed and bar tending so income was never set in stone. I was averaging about $400 a week and plenty of hours, but than new management came along, and pretty much wiped out all the old employees.
