I would like to find someone that deals with debt consolidation on payday loans. I have gotten in over my head with these loans and they have taken over me. I have recently took out 3 payday loans for 200 dollars each and a 4th out on Friday for $200. My bank recently closed my account on me for NSF's and I never was able to receive the 4th. I have paid the fees on the first three loans one time and haven't defaulted on any of them yet. First question is what can I do to pay these loans off without them having access to my account. I don't want to give them any information from a 2nd bank account but I do intend to pay them back fully within the next month.

When I called, they told me that they had been retained to collect a debt I owed on my Sears card (Citibank). They said that either I could accept the settlement, or they would sue me, and I would be responsible for the court costs. I told them that I was very confused by all of this, as I had been communicating with Sears/Citibank, but to no avail. First, Sears told me that their computer system would not allow them to offer me any assistance with repayment.

Hi, I'm in Clearlake, California and I took out a loan with a local company called A1 Check Cashing. I closed my bank account and tried to make payment arrangements and they refused. They demanded payment in full. I could not do that. The loan was for $300 and they charged a $15 return check fee. Now I've been getting calls from Legal Enforcement Procedures and spoke with Diane. She said that they will not send debt validation because they've already sent it. She said "Your bank notified you, A1 notified you, and we've notified you.
