What happens when a laywer wins a Judgment against me? Can he freeze my bank account?

I continue to be harassed by the NASTY staff at Superior Asst Mgmt! They call and call and call for someone who we don't know. I've tried to explain it, but they are so rude and nasty and won't accept my explanation. Their number is 800-896-3406. How can I get them to stop? I've also reported them, but nothing has happened.

Hi, I have a lot of debt to pay off. The debt I have is due to legitimate reasons. Between student loans and credit cards, my total loan amount is over 40,000. I am not qualified for the federal student loan consolidation programs because my student loans are not federal. They are private student loans. I have a secure job now with a decent salary. I am paying a lot of money out of my paychek to pay every creditor. My credit score is not too bad.

I have several PDLs that were all taken out on the Internet. I am paying about 100 o 100 per month on tese and now I am having difficulty making my car and housing payment. If I close my bank account and open a new one will I be reprted to telechek etc? I am concerned if I close my account I will be unable to open a new one. I have had same account for over 5 years. I plan to send letters and try to negotiate but not sure where I should start. I am not in default on any loans yet but am not left with enough money to meet basic obligations anymore.

I took care of my cash now.. with a loan from a friend... ( no intrest :D ) but I am still a little scared about this "The Loan Center" I know they are not legal.. as i said in another post the keep 2 sets of books.. They went out and bought up 4 of my other payday loans.. telling me that 15.00 from each loan would go to pay off a check.. at first i thought this was ok but they didnt do what they said until i asked about it almost 3 months in to this program..

Question: I have a 1st and 2nd mortgage on my home total is more than homes value, ex-wife is on the loans along with me. I have to refinance to get her name off, but no one will refinance because the two loans are more than the homes value. Catch 22, what do I do

We are in one of the many consumer credit companies that take over your accounts and pay the debts for you.Allied insists on calling us about one of the accounts.They say they don't deal with third parties.Is there anything we can do to stop the many calls every day? Thank you.

I know you all are out there and I know that you have used the PDL industry to help out in bad times. Felons are at a more disadvantage when it comes to PDL because getting a job is so HARD and the PDL industry makes it seem easy to get by. Just know and don't panic if they threaten to call the law or put you in jail, a debt is NOT a VOP. keep your chin up and send me a private message if you want to talk, I know your pain
