ambassador

18 years 10 months ago
I took out 3 payday loans and have been paying them off. One of them goes by the name ambassador when they withdraw money from my acct. they take out 180.00. I don't remember the name of this company or where they came from. Maybe they go by a diff name? I've had the bank put a trace on them and they can't seem to find any info like phone number or address for them. So I closed out the bank acct and now owe about 300.00. Does anyone know ambassador's info and also webpayday physical address ? Thank you.

is this legal?

I don't know what else to do. In Oct 1999, I had lab work done at a hospital as part of a bone marrow donation evaluation. I submitted insurance information at the time of the procedure. I never heard anything more, so I thought everything had been handled. Well, In Oct 2003, I received a bill from the hospital stating that they expected prompt payment ($1,100). I sent them a letter stating that I disputed this bill and that I have no idea what they are talking about.

Revolving Debt

18 years 10 months ago
I keep having problems with debt. I used to have to live off of disability benefits which at the highest only totaled $400 a month. I kept getting myself in debt because I just didn't have enough to live off of. Now I want to find a debt management program that will work with a payday loan. I'm getting my health and finances on track. I'm determined.

DebtCC Points

18 years 10 months ago
Hi everyone it is my understanding that for every point you earn you can get 1cent cash back via paypal (min $10 payout). Anyhow I notice the points people have accrued and I wonder why some have not cashed out. If someone does cash out wouldn't their point count go back to zero? and some have as many as 50000 whi haven't they not cashed out for that $500 or is my math all wrong and this really sounds too good to be true? Tell me where my thinking process and mathmatically ability has gone wrong please. Thanks

Can I ever get caught up on all these bills?

18 years 10 months ago
I don't even know how much I owe exactly, but I'm only 22, and I have 2 credit cards, 3 store credit cards, a computer payment, and student loans that haven't been paid in months. Now my minimum payments are up to $400 and $500 on some of my bills, and I haven't been able to pay them. I've been getting numerous phone calls every day from collection agencies and such, but I keep ignoring them, because I'm kind-of scared.

Default Question

Even though I'm in the process of retaining Langhorne Law for debt settlement on my pdls, I'm just curious to know, how far in default were some of you on your pdls when the lenders starting harassing you :?:

Mail Scam??

18 years 10 months ago
Didn't know if this is the right forum for this, but here goes. I got a letter in the mail today, opened it, and out popped a cashier check written to me for $2900, saying I had been selected to be a mystery shopper and all I had to do was send $2600 via Moneygram at Walmart to a relative I have in Canada and keep the rest, I guess. My problem: I have no relatives in Canada and I did call this company. This sounds kind of fishy....thoughts??
