So far Platnuim B is working with my hubby to pay off the principal and then there will be a 0 balance the people at this company are really nice...................call them if you think that you are going to default cause once its in collections well everyone already knows how that goes. Hello, This is my situation. I live in Texas and I have a couple delinquent credit card accounts dated about 10 years ago. I kept receiving letters from collection agencies (they keep changing companies) offering lower payments. Since these are so old, I continue to ignore them. Now, yesterday someone called my office and left a message. He did not stated the reason he called but he asked me to call him back. The number is 866-407-0200. A quick search showed that the company's name is Synerprise Consulting.

Has anyone had problems with Legal Mediation Practices? I got a payday loan through ACE cash express which i defaulted on, and I'm assuming this is the collection agency that they sent the account to. The people there are very rude. I tried to work out a payment plan with Legal mediation, but they refused. They contestantly call my place of employment. How could i get this to stop. I live in the Texas and i read the story about the guy who got arrested and his PDL were turned over to the DA so now I'm freaking out.

The bank then tried to lower her payments and she said no thank you just come and pick up the car,then the bank told her she has to bring the car in and she said no .She told them to come and pick up the car again and that she is recording the conversation. It shows a public record of a judgement in favor of Palisades Collection. It was made in Sept. 2006. In Indiana. My husband nor I have lived in Indiana for the past 8+ years. I have no idea what this is. This is driving him nuts. He is afraid that a bench warrant has been issued for him because of this. I told him I didn't think that was possible. Is it? There was never anything like this on his report before now.
