They are giving me an awful time. I sent my letter with a settlement offer ( I have paid $375 on a $500 loan.) Offered to pay the remaining $125 over two weeks. I received an email back stating they could not extend the loan unless I was in bankruptcy. :( Don't know what to do because they are due to debit tomorrow!!!

I had a deposit from these people for 200.00 that I did not ask for. I have a payday loan which I am paying off. Can these payday loan companies sell your information? What do I do about the deposit I received from them?

I needsome kind of help the gas company came and turned off my gas. I have 3 kids and no heat or hot water. I owe them 2,500 really fell behind hubby and I are going thru a messy seperation. Hi, I went and applied for college tuition for TOURO COLLEGE in NY. So i have like bills piled up to pay but the thing is i was told that i will have 10 years to pay back after graduation but i stopped going so they start to bill me already which i wasnt aware of it. I got home from work today and my neighboor came over and said that this company had called them asking for me and that the girl was my cousin. I called back and found it was redline recovery. I don't have a cousin Danielle in New York. This is redicilous. I don't know why they are calling me. What can i do they called my neighboor. I don't even know my neighboors number how did they get it and know that i lived next to them?? I don't know what to do.
