I need someones help who "has" dealt with Cash Transfer Centers. I just got he harrassing phone call at work today after speaking with a Helen Downey 2 times and letting her know that I will pay half of the $820 this friday on payday and the next half 2 weeks from Friday and she told me that she would talk to her supervisor and see what she could do....then today I got a call from some lady named Lisa threatening me wage garnishment and asked why I couldn't pay the whole amount and I said because I have other bills. She then just kept belittling me and I finally broke and hung up on her.

I had taken out a loan with a company called Cash Inc. in Toronto. Upon going back to the place, they are not there anymore and I need to find out what happened. Does anyone know of a change of address or phone number for this place or have they just vanished off the face of this earth? Even a head office would help. Thanks.

I got stuck in a payday loan trap. I've been paying a company called WorldWide Cash Now 89 dollars every two weeks for 8 months on a 200 dollar loan. Is there any way to end this as I've paid over the loaned amount many times by now. The company says either pay it all or keep going with the refinance fees. Thanks.

I moved out of a slum apartment that I had been in for six years, paying high rent. When I first moved in, it was worth what I paid. It was in a nice neighborhood and was actually a very nice apartment before this slum lord took over. I held onto the rent, hoping he would repair things that needed repaired (like the toilet water from the bathroom leaking all over the stove in the kitchen). He eventually got things fixed, but only after several attempts.

I had a debt charged off 3 years ago with Discover. 2 collection agencies contacted me on different occasions. I wrote a letter of validation to both parties, but never received anything. Now, all of a sudden I have something on my credit report from Palisades, saying they bought an account from Option. Palisades has NEVER contacted me. How can they report to the credit bureau without notifying me of any debt collection? Can they attempt to collect a debt 3 years later?

This number keeps popping up on caller id,every time I call back I keep getting a rapid busy signal.They call every evening of course when I am not here and they do not leave a message.They also call from a different number 904-394-0481 and 904-394-0478.I am pretty sure it is a bill collecter but for what bill I have no clue so if anyone one out there can help me I would appreciate the help..thank you.
