I was in a car accident in February and it set me back. I have been having a hard time making bills since the accident. I owe approx 10,950 on my car, 3,400 on a credit card and 400 on a loan. I need to know what kind of payment I can get and when I would need to start payment. Just made alot of mistakes and want to try and fix my debt to make my credit bearable. I figured its never to late to fix it. I am not good at paying individual debts, have good intentions, but something always comes up.

In 2001 my husband and I filed for bankruptcy - it was discharged in May 2001. My husband is now deceased (he passed away in 2003) I am now in a debt management program with T & C. I have my pdls, credit cards and personal loans with them. What I would like to know is that can I file again in my name only for bankruptcy or do I have to wait for the 10 years? Thanks.

i have a payday loan with oneclcick cash i owe them 250.00. also Emerald marketing 300.00. also Arrowhead 150.00. I had one with purpose loans but they said there was a glitch in the system and i have zero balance with them I never even made a pmt to them. My boyfriend has two BMG and PLATNIUM B together totaling 500.00 he has made no pmts yet he just got them and realized it was 30 per hundred. These are not our state fees. were not trying to get out of paying just get the fees right with lawin my state CA.

I have been living on credit cards for a while, transfering balances, getting new credit cards, increasing limits. I believe I am around 20,000 in credit card debt, and am having issues remembering to pay the 5 minimum payments per month. All I want is to consolidate all of them into one monthly payment, but don't know the best option for that. I currently have a car loan for 28,000, a mortgage for 200,000 and student loans of 12,000. I am ok with those three, but need to get all the credit cards onto one loan, mabye a personal loan from a bank.

As some of you may know I have four internet PDLs - DMS Marketing/XpressCash, CashNetUSA, National Opportunities and Interim Cash. I sent a template letter for PDLs one to two weeks ago. I received an e-mail today. Tbey have marked my account paid in full and said if I sign this form and fax it back, they will refund me $150. YAAAAYYY!!
