I was recommended to credit counseling of America by your website. I called and spoke to a lady named Lisa and explained to her that I need to consolidate 6 payday loans. I am in Florida. She asked me to call her back with all the info on the loans and I said I would do so but in the interim I spoke to my brother (he is an attorney) and he told me to be cvareful because sometimes these CCS companies make your life worse with bad advice, taking your money and not paying creditors on time, etc. CC of America has placed 11 calls to my cell phone in the pastr 5 hours.

How do you track and view phone calls that come in as unknown and when you try to see the phone number, it registers unavailable?

We started collecting debt after buying a new car about 6 years ago, then furniture and some other items. We handled it pretty well by moving it around between cards. I then bought a house and fixed it up and the goal was to sell the house, pay off all the bills and buy another one. But that did not work like planned. We had 2 kids in the meantime, only paid down part of our debt and the rest we had to live on because of having a single income now.

Hi all, i seem to be in the sinking raft of payday loan debt as a lot of you. I can't take it anymore. How can i get help without these sharks calling my job.I am not in default with any of them,but 2/3 of my paycheck goes to these people every 2 weeks.
