Help I found this site last month and I love it. I was called by a counselor after registering at this sight and thought I was going to use them. It is Consumer credit counseling of America, they are with the law office of Richard Brennan (have heard not some good stuff about him on here). Well I decied not to go with CCC BECAUSE I was able to reach a settlement with some of my creditors and felt this would be better for me.

I have six PDLs that are out. I have allowed these people to debit my account over and over for the interest and now I am swamped with debt. I canceled by account and opened another one and now I want to know what to expect from them when they go to debit the account and it is marked closed. I want to pay them, but I can't keep doing this. I am a single mother of two and this is trying to stress me out even more.

I am currently way behind in my bills and I solicited the aid of PDLs. I have six and they have been taking out and taking out of my account which has worsened the money situation. I closed my account and opened a new one with the same bank and I want to know what can they do to me or what should I expect. I have never been in this situation before and it's causing me to lose a lot of sleep.

Well, as I posted last month, hubby signed up with our local CCCS office to get out of his debt. We made a partial payment on Friday and will pay the rest this coming Friday by money order. For some reason, everything has to be by money order but I get them free through my bank. They told us they could help with our second mortgage through Beneficial. We all just love them, right? (sarcasam) Yesterday morning, he got a call from Beneficial and of course they said they don't deal with consolidation programs.

Which debt settlement company should I go with, I talked to one called creditsolutions.com from Dallas TX has anyone ever dealt with these people, I am not behind on my credit cards it just that my payments are making it hard to make it to paycheck to paycheck any advice

Is there a reputable company that can help me with 12,000 in medical bills that are way past due? I want to pay them and improve my credit.

in octomber 2005, my mother was ill and i dont have money to take care of her. and she was admitted in the hospital and i was charged to pay $60,000.i was stranded and didt know what to do.a good friend of mine now take me to a comunity debt relief in his comunity and the money was giving to me to take care of my mother to pay back in one year interval.i have paid $55,ooo and it's remaining $5000. which i sold every thing in my shoe shop to finish up the debt on octomber 9th 2006.that was what i have experienced in debt.i will be greatiful if my application is considered.thanks
