Ok, so I'm going nuts thinking about how I can possibly work things out so I can go with Polly for the weekend.. I had to run to the store quick, and I'm thinking about it still....Then I got pulled over. For going 72 in a 55. I have NEVER gotten a ticket in my life. I was terriied, so what did I do? I started to laugh!! The officer was not amused. He also didn't like my explanation of why I was laughing. (I said I was tird.) He put that stupid light in my eyes (omigosh.He thought I was DRUNK!!) then told me to sit tight. He went back to his car for like a half an hour.

Can someone help with this document that I received from Xpress cash? They said that they would consider marking my 2 loans paid in full, but want me to sign the document. I don't think that I should. I have paid more than the principal plus interest on both of these loans.

I'm getting closer and closer to the point where I can finally get out of this hell. Most of the time I push it to the back of my mind. Otherwise I find it can completely consume me. One year ago, my husband and I bailed out our grandaughter because of payday loans - $3000 worth. She signed a promissary note - but she has not paid us a dime. She uses this computer daily and I found this forum on the history she forgot to delete. This week she admitted she got into trouble with the payday loans again. She showed us this web sight and now she is so proud that she was able to "get rid" of the loans and may even get a refund. She was gloating. I am angry.

i went to look at my online bank statement. i had like 300 extra dollars in my account i had no idea why. then when i called my bank they had tried to tell me they had no number and placed a fraud on that bill so if they want to take money out of my account they had to send me information about their place of revenue to me or my bank. hopefully i can find out how they have my information.

Ok I have some credit card accounts that where open by an identy thief. any way I just found out about them and they are past the sol for my state. they are charged off and have been purchased by a collection agency I belive. I was wondering if the sol applies to the collection ageny's date that they accuired them or if it is when the credit card account was opened. I'm really worried because I have gotten a message on my answering machine from an attorney about one of them and waas wondering if I could get taken to court before I got it cleared up. thanks H.
