I got behind on a few of my bills from moving around a lot. Now it's to a point where I can't get an apartement for my family. I've been unemployed for the past couple months, so it's been getting worse. I'm running out of time and can't get any place to live. Please help.

I currently have five web payday loans with an estimated total of $3800.00 and four storefront PDL's for a total of about $5000.00. Some of the storefronts are attempting to work with me. Others are not so friendly. Online PDL's are: Mycashnow, PaydayOK, Apple Fast Cash, Urgent Cash Advance, and CUonPayday. Storefronts are QuikCheck, Check n' Go, Approved payroll advance, and The Cash Advantage (rental center). Any thoughts on consolidation? The urgent ones are the online PDL's, especially, MCN, PDOK, Apple, and UCA.

I have gotten myself in debt with payday loans. I want to pay them off but cannot afford to pay them off in full. I need to know of a reputable debt consolidation company that I can turn to.

Hi I'm a single dad for 6 years, two teens full time at home. Paid off laywer off with credit card 6 years ago, 13.000.00 $. I rent a home $1850.00 a month rent, plus all the other things just can't get ahead. I have two other credit cards I owe $'s on, just need to get some help. Ron

Need to find a good debt settlement company... Been looking and talikng to lots of them and not found one yet.... All of them want either outrages amounts or it just seems a little shaddy.... Also checked them out the bbb and they have had claims on them or something. I was wanting to look at Hoffman Brinker and Kenneday does any one have the web address for them... I have about $35,000.00-40,000.00 in debt to put in a program. Also I know that I CAN"T put my home but my home is in forclosure and I also need help with that too. Any idea???? I am a mess....

I was looking in too debt settlement and was wondering if any one had the address for Hoffman,brinker and Kenneday? Please let me know. Also looking for a good company to work with. So far have not found one yet...they all seem a little shady and scarey....Also the amounts they want me to pay are way more then I can pay every month....It is more then the debt programs I am on know....Please let me know thanks... I just got off the phone with Cash Today for the second time and on both occassions was told something different. I took out a loan in july and wanted to pay off the 200 before my payday and was told that I could not do so but had to way to my payday. Then I called back and was told that I could pay it off before. I asked for a copy of my loan agreement and was told that they do not have this information. I am of the mind to have my bank stop the deductions from my account. Can I do this legally?

Have a friend who told the bank to forclose on the home,take the car ,she took what she had out of the bank ,sold some stuff and thrown the rest out,she has no stocks or bonds and she started hitch hiking across country. She told me she did not care about any bills and she did not care about being taken to court cause they will have to find her first.Said she lost her job and that was the final blow so she gave up,I am worried what will happen to her years down the road when they do find her.

Recieved a call on the machine ,he gives the number for me to call ,I call and its a recording for premier credit so I hang up.I dont have any accounts with premier nor do I know who they are.
