I have loans through tendollarpaydayloan.com (a Rio company, I believe) and paydayok.com, as well as a local storefront - advanceamerica. I am extremely behind on payments for both internet companies, I know I have overpaid my loans in interest charges. Who can I contact and what can I do to fix this?? My bank account is extremely overdrawn and I'm getting calls from everyone! I live in Arkansas if that helps...someone please help me...

I am the first generation Vietnamese born and raised in America. Growing up in America was a little difficult because I had no guideliness to follow. This country was completely new to my parents...So i didn't know if i was doing things right. I pretty much had to learn things "the hard way" because my parents didn't know. My credit was one of those things i never knew about. Although i have a decent job, i'm crippled by my credit. Recently, i found that know one will rent me an apartment and finding a car is next to impossible. I need help!!!

Question: I live in NC, where PDLs are illegal. If a PDL sells your debt to a collection agency licensed in your state, would you have to settle with them, even though the PDL is illegal and you have paid more than the principal plus interest?

Hello, I have a PDL with Tremont Finanical that I am paying off. I called them yesterday to see if they could move the date of my repayment to Monday instead of Friday. They said they could not becuase the amount must be deducted on my actual payday. They did say they would only deduct the finance fee if I authorized it. Is there anything I can do/say so they will deduct the amount on Monday. If they do it Friday, my account will be negative and I will get charged NSF fees! Any advice will be helpful. Thanks

I started out looking online for a loan to consolidate some bills. I have lousy credit so I was having a pretty hard time of it. I was contacted on the phone by a company by the name of Rockwell Financial Group in Miami Florida offering me a $5,000 personal loan at 6%. I asked them to FAX me the information which they did. They wanted $900.00 by Western Union to process my loan in 24 hours. I made the mistake of trusting them and drained my bank account depending on the $5,000 to be there the next day. The very next day they called me wanting $900.00 more.

Who are these people!! 305-433-8367. They call and harras and say they are coming to my job to arrest me!! They want $580 now! A guy by the name of Brain Adams called me and all i understand is "good luck." Do he even talk in English? There people are evil.....

Does anyone have an email address for Cashnet500, besides the ones on their website? I have faxed, and faxed and faxed and had no response. Now, when I go into that account, it says that they are going to debit my bank acct tomorrow morning, even after sending the letter revoking the authorization!! My bank said that if they do, then I have to come into the bank and fill out a form then they can try to get the money back. WHAT DO I DO?? If they take the $455 tomorrow then my rent will bounce! UGH
