TransUnion is now offering a guarenteed way to improve your credit score. This is the first in what i believe will be followed up by Equifax and Experian. I would think that a Credit Reporting Agency could be the only company that could legally advertise credit improvement guarenteed.

Do I have any rights at all in appealing an award judgement slapped on me by the national arbitration forum located in MN...........Can I file an appeal for this award judgement ...I live in the state of Virginia. I'm approaching 90 days and this was issued on july 18, 2006. At the time this was going on, I had a settlement company represent me and this credit card was one of the debts listed however the settlement company did not do their job and I was forced to let them go.

I have acquired about $8,000-$10,000 worth of debt between two credit cards. The late fees that have applied make it impossible for me to pay the minimum monthly balances and I haven't paid one for months. If I could work out some type of payment plan with my creditors (Capital One and Providan)I could better budget my income and I would sleep better at night. Tonight a woman from AS & Associates left a message on my brother's cell phone looking for me. She left a message that she was an investigator and that she was with A.S & Associates. Firt off, how in the world would they get my brother's cell phone number and secondly, are they allowed to state who they are with and they are an investigator? I am not sure what I need to do next.
