I need a 7000 loan today but my credit is bad can buy a trailor

Why am I still getting fraudulent information on my credit reports from Collection Company of America for an account that has been deemed fraudulent in 2003 by Cingular Wireless? I have just spoken with a representative from that company and they said that they are not responsible for removing this mar from my report, that the original creditor has to do it! However, I was redirected back to the Collection Company of America after verifying that this account was indeed deemed fraudulent and closed!

Hi all, It has been quite a long time since I have posted however, I do read quite a bit. I received a call from United Cash Loans today. Man did he contradict himself. Quite funny really. However, I would like to get a letter out to them advising them that they are not licensed in the State of IN. Can anyone help me with this? Can someone please verify this as I want to be sure. I am definitely sure they are not but want to have all my t's crossed and i's dotted. Thanks for all your help. :lol:

I had a store card that was either lost or stolen. I reported it lost and was issued another one. My question is this was over a year ago and both accounts are being reported to the bureaus. The one shows active and current and the other shows lost and current; so each month the creditor is saying that I am paying on both accounts. Can I dispute this? Does this hurt my credit record?

I got sued with Creditors, but I have been paid as agree, after one month I miss a payment they took me back to court and get the Interrogatory After jugement that i have to response with in 15 days, my quistion is is tthere a place or a site that I can go to find out or yet get a sample letter that I can paste or copy to answer the interrogatory? i'm really scared, I have harrash by them, and i just want to know can they come and garnish my wages if i don't answer the Interrogatory. I'm very disperate, any sugestion would greatly appreciated Thank you

I'm interested in trying to find a company for debt settlement. I lost my job months ago and I just went back to work Im months behind on my bills can you help...

I still can't decide between a settlement company or a consumer credit consolidation. I am still afraid of what the repercussions would be with my creditors and using a settlement company. My credit card debt is around 60,000 and the repayment with the ccc is SOOOOO high. It is only about 200 less than what I try to pay now. The settlement amount is way lower around 700 less a month. If you guys have any suggestions for a good settlement company, please pm me!
