I am with a local credit union that is calling my loans due in the amount of 1,500,000.00 in 45 days they want me to get refianced or they will foreclose the funny thing is i have not missed a payment in 25 years i have proof of very unethical things going on with my old loan officer and the new one i am willing to take a lie detector test to prove everything i have said there is too much to get in to can any out there help?

I received a response to my email to CC where I informed them I have re-paid the principle, revoking ACH rights, etc.... They responded with the standard letter that I have seen others post on here along with copies of my loan agreement. I know that I have read in a thread about what to do next but can't find it now. I need to close my bank account yet so they can't withdraw anymore funds. I have tried to file with FTC but have no idea what to choose from the list of complaints given on the website. What do I do next in response to CC's letter?

I logged into my back account this evening to find my checking and saving accounts drained. I did not receive verbal and/or written warning of owed taxes not do I have any judgement against me. I'm trying to send 4 Seasons Cash an email (C & D) letter, revoking all attachments to bank accounts, etc...I can't seem to find an email address to send to. When I go to their home page and try to log in, it won't let me (says I already have an account, and when I try to go from there, they have a number they want me to call). Any idea if there is an email address for them that I can use without going to their web page?
