Hello, I regret the day I ever took out my first payday loan and desperately need some advice. Paying the interest only on 7 payday loans is depleting my entire paycheck and I have nothing left for bills, etc. I live in MA and believe that the payday loan companies are illegal in my state. I don't know where to start...payday loan debt consolidation, close my bank account, send letter to payday loan companies.

I received a response to my email to CC where I informed them I have re-paid the principle, revoking ACH rights, etc.... They responded with the standard letter that I have seen others post on here along with copies of my loan agreement. I know that I have read in a thread about what to do next but can't find it now. I need to close my bank account yet so they can't withdraw anymore funds. I have tried to file with FTC but have no idea what to choose from the list of complaints given on the website.
