Does anyone know anything about FMK Financial? They debited money from my savings accout but I haven't given that information to anyone.

ive checked my credit report and i have 2 of the same account #s listed under dif names..the original was charged off and l8tr bought by a debt collector.i know the sol is soon to runnning out by i dont think it has as of yet.. anyway original debt said pd in 05/2003 new account said opened in 05/2004.. is this considered reaging an account and is it legal to do so?btw i have a court date set for this thurs and did not know until recently about dv.. any help would be appreciated

I sent V C Funding a letter today requesting that the ir authorization to debit had been revoked. A lady called me and left me a message saying that they could not honor my request and that the account would still be debited this friday is this correct?

When I try send the required info it tells me I have already contacted them. I believe it may have been my wife but I have a question now. How do I get them to contact me? Mike

Ok here we go again LTS Managment Princeton Harris Express cash/The loan Shop/ etc etc company with many names. Received a new e-mail today wondering if anyone else has gotten one like this. I have faxed this guy a debt validation - Did not responed to it I have faxed this guy a letter stating the laws in my state and how much I have paid over a period of time above and beyond what I got from them and nothing. I have faxed, e-mailed and called nothing just sends me another e-mail either threatening or saying I am not responding.

I am probably like alot of people, I have problems with my credit cards. I was doing fine for a while, but then got laidoff and was unable to pay what I needed to on them. I do not owe that much, but it is enough to affect my credit. I amke good money for a single woman, but still can't get my arms around my debt. I am not even sure who I owe what to anymore.

I have received non stop calling from 1800-684-8429 and 1-800-436-5290. When I answer no one is there, they are not listed and when I try to call the numbers I get two rings then nothing. Who are they? felisa245
