I've just received all the documents that i need to sign and sent to him. I haven't done it yet. Does anyone here knows any good debt settlement company out there that deal with not just only credit card but only PaydayLoan??? Thanks guys.

:idea: I left school and lost my job there. It took over 6 months to find a job and I was paying off loans with my credit cards and credit cards with other credit cards and I finally gave up and just stopped paying. Everything is in collections and I don't know what to do. I have a settlement offer on one but I don't know how to proceed...

:evil: :evil: :evil: I've already enrolled in consumer credit counseling/debt settlement. Anyway, i've contact my bank and let them know that dont't let any of these PDL company do any ACH debit on my account. THey said that they can stop it for me but i will cost me 25$ per transaction. Well, i think i worth it so i told them to go ahead and do it. This morning i check my bank account and it was -$1800. What should i do now??? My attorney just sent me the documents yesterday. Can he helps me with that??? Or should i call my debt counselor???

Just received this email this morning. Can anyone give me the heads up on which PDL is dealing with this company? I have received a copy of your e-mail dated 09/17/2006 in which you stated that you have been advised by a counseling/debt company and the Florida State Attorney General's office that because you reside in Florida that we have to follow the Florida Statutes. Please remember that you agreed when applying for and receiving loans from our company that they were governed by Delaware law rather than Florida law, therefore, Delaware law governs your loans.

I went and checked out the website debthelpinfocenter and they are the ones that was telling me that debt settlement programs WOULD NOT EVER WORK and that they could help me, and they charge an upfront fee of 500.00 and this and that. Well, I questioned their abilities to do so and questioned where I could research their business. I don't normally hand over money to strangers without a study of them. I mean, who in their right frame of mind does? I saw nothing wrong with my questions to them.... obviously though, someone did.

I recently looked at my credit report and saw that i have a balance of $1649. I have never bought anything on credit, and Besides debit cards with a bank, I have never had a credit card. These are all medical bills. The largest is $1288 for a cat scan when one of my daughters was about 5 months old and hit her head on a coffee table and passed out. The doctors said she was fine, but do a CAT scan anyways. Unfortunately, her medicaid was in Alabama, and we were in Georgia at the time. A couple more are from around the same time.

HI all, i want to tell my story about my life on money. I am 26 years old and just got a Job last year. With the money i earn, i started to think on how i am going to get rich or make my money out of it to get better returns. As a result of that, i then search the internet and i had joint HYIP program. I joint several programs and believing it that i would get a big Return!! :cry: Guess!!!...I did not get the profit that i had expected. Yes, i know the risk but i took it. But it never put my head to think again and look forward. Yes i had made lost. Hmm,,I guess thats how Business is.

I have been looking into consolidating my outstanding debt. I have about 10 to 15 k dollars in debt and i am really tired of debt collectors calling for something i didnt know i had, or just didnt remember. I recently returned from iraq to find that most of the debt i payed off while i was deployed really didnt help me that much. Seems like it just put out the word to other debt collectors that i was settling my accounts. If you could give me some information on consolidation I would appreciate it.
