These people are horrific. They are calling my fathers home and leaving very ugly messages in reference to me. I honestly have no idea what I owe, or even what they want. My dad has had it, and when they call my cell phone, the number shows blocked. My main concern is how do i get them to stop calling my dad? Can I possibly have his phone company block these calls? There is no reason why I should be getting any calls.. How do I make them stop? Whoever they are?? Thanks

What is the time term that applies to your debt? The state that you resides at or the state that you lived when you obtained de debt? What if you resides in a different state that the one you originally obtained the debt at?

They are trying to get us to send them the 1099c form, but it has a lot of personal information on it. We were under the impression that the 1099c is a "cancellation". Anyone have a similar experience?

I recieved a call from G & A Legal Services about a payday loan that that said I took out with Fox Enterpises I went on the internet and it come up under King Marketing I talked with three different people and they all said that I have never had a loan with them. So I called G & A back at 678-710-3061 and they told me that Fox Enterpises would tell me that becaue they want their money and that they are really Bahama Marketing Group does any one have a number address for Bahama or any information on them.

Recieved a letter stated that their a law firm collectig a debt for my SL which is through NCT for $20thousand+ and states that call them could result in recieving a significant savings by settling this matter for a reduced amount. My loans is in default and is a private loan which was through chase but is now serviced by NCT is this real and what should I do?

I took out a lot of Internet payday loans several years ago. I paid some back in full, I paid others back in principal only and others I did not pay since they would not come to an agreement with me. My manager, my sister, my mom and me keep getting these HORRIBLE phone calls from 877-637-2057 that they are serving me papers (which I know is bogus). When I call "Bill Dunn" or "Joe Medina" back from Consolidated (the company name they leave on voice mail), they want me to verify my name, address, phone and SS#. I don't want to verify any information (although they probably already have it).
