where can I find a letter to lenders to request status

I was wondering if the collection agency does validate the debt what kind of letter can i send to arrange payments that they have to accept.

I don't have a job and All these bills collectors are calling everyday. I don't know what to do. What should I do?

I got myself into a bind about a year and a half ago when i got a divorce. I had returned from Iraq in the summer of 2004 and was separated shortly after in the fall. I was then removed from my house due to me living in military quarters and my ex wife was allowed to stay there. I in turn did not receive the housing allowence allowed for someone living off post due to my ex wife residing in on post quarters. That caused me to get loans to make it and to live above my means. I then again moved to a bigger house that was about the same price as the duplex i was living in.

just spoke to LVNV Funding because they have a old MCI Bill of mine. The reason i call was because RPM called me today about the same bill. i wanted to know how they could have the bill and RPM could also have it. the rep told me that RPM does collections for LVNV Funding. just thought everyone would like to know.

Any one know if Capital Collections is licensed to collect in OH?

I currently have 6 PDL's and I'm behind. 5 of them are internet PDL. Does anyone know what the laws are on PDL in Alabama?

Hi Everyone. Yesterday I received 3 letters from my creditors marked 3rd attempt that they will start legal proceedings on my defaulted loan. I also received a collection letter demanding payment from a pdl where I made a payment arrangement. I don't know if I should call the pdl or just let T&C know about it. But T&C already contacted them and I have a copy of their proposal letters to them. On a lighter side. My calls have decreased to 50% and I was able to pay off 3 of my pdl in full.

Does any one know if Cash Advane Now.com is licensed in OH? They have given Capital Collections my account and now I'm being called at work and they are telling me there will be a warrant for my arrest if I don't pay them immediately via Wester Union. All this over $275.00 Where can I find out who is licensed in OH?
