Need help in consolidating 9 Payday Loans, totaling just under $3,000.

Had this number on my phone: (407)574-2413, so i called it. What fun. Some foreging lady says "I'm affidavit lady, I with court", I had my fun, "What court?" , "I'm with affidavit, I can write affidavit? Who are you?", so more fun I would responsd "Who are you affidavit lady, and with what court do you represent?" What company does this number belong to, it said it was a wireless caller, I told her that there's medication for those who suffer from delusions and hung up on her.

Has anyone delt with National Processing of America in Shawnee Mission, KS? They are trying to collect on an old CC debt and was wondering how they are to deal with.

Anybody used this company? They belong to BBB. Any feeedback?

Has anyone dealt with Paycheck today? I sent them the letter to revoke their right to debit my account because I have WAY over paid them I got it from a great helpful person here on the site and just want to know if anyone else had and what their response was?

Can a debt buying corp go after someone for a debt that is about 9 years old. The person they have filed a notice to sue has not any recent charged off debt. The last time was in 1998 with a credit card and a auto finance company. There has been no phone contact nor any letters from a lawfirm who says they represent a debt buyer corporation in Maryland (Centurion Capital). The sheriff left the papers in the door and there she has NO clue what it is about.

I am trying to consolidate my bills about 25,000 behind on payments about 2 weeks.
