I recently received a letter that i will be garnished from a judgement. The amount of the garnishment listed is $3000 dollars more then the actula judgement. Is that possible? Plus also they are stating that i will be charge interest on that is that also possible?

I have several payday loans, and I am thinking about putting a stop payment request on them until I am can get them consolidated. Do you think that is wise?

I looked them up on the web and they said they work wor the credit company that go and get information on us and give it back to the credit companys. i got a letter at my home today from them. they go to your neighbor, they get the vaule of your home, job, ect... and give this back to the credt companys to sue you. So know does this mean the are going to sue me? The company that sent J.M. adjustment Services to my house I have aready made a payment arrangement with last week and gave them a post dated check and every thing. So Wht know? What is wrong with credit companys?

I have been contacted by the 904-685-5008 and 904-483-3372. This time is was Victor Wilson calling. He (they) have called my home and left several at my place of employment. This week they left a message and threatened me with bodily harm. The secretary could no beleive it. She actually asked him, "Let me understand you, you are threatening her with bodily harm if she doesn't pay?" And the fool actually answered her "YES". She told me he had a very thick eastern Indian accent. In the past I have no responded to jail threats, police visits to my home/work, etc.

Wow, Just got a phone call from the lovely Universal Fidelity, whose agent Dessica swore up and down wasn't Sonic--but was working WITH Sonic...I had gotten a bill from them last month saying my debt was $128, and I even called them to make sure this was correct, which I was assured it was. I alerted Credit Advisors, the company I work with, about this, and they sent a check for $104 and told me it would be paid off this month. I got a bill this week for $799!! And have gotten called on it already!

I received a message on my home phone from Helen Byanks telling me that I had been approved for the loan. I called her back at the number 866-977-2006, ext 707, that she had left for me.

Has anyone heard of J. Warren Financial? I was refered to these guys from an inquiry on Bizrate.com. It is a debt settlement company.

hello, i just have a question. i consolidated my accounts back about a year and a half ago. i ran into some troubles even with my accounts consolidated and couldn't keep up with the payments. basically i stopped paying them for two months and when i sent them the payment they wouldn't accept. would i be able to consolidate my debt again?
