Just curious, has there been anyone who was successful in receiving a refund for their overpayment on their Plain Green Loans? If so, Could you please share how it was done? Much appreciated

I currently have 5 PDLs that I'm paying on and they're pretty much consuming me. Two of them I just re-activated and made the first payment on the re-activations.

This company just contacted me today. Only thing is I have no Debt. I don't own any credit cards and have all my bills paid on time. I think it is kind of fishy. Might have been for my father. He has debt. But he has been out of my life for 13 years. If I find out it is for him and they try to get money out of me you bet I'll Sue their asses for harassment.

I signed up for a internet payday loan a few days ago and just found out they were illegal from someone at work today. Store front PDL's are legal in my state but IPDLs are apparently not. But I do have a question before anything starts to happen. I have got a couple PDLs before (not IPDL) and used one of those Walmart Moneycards because I don't feel safe with random people having access to my bank account. Someone told me just to call and cancel that Moneycard before anything happens. But I am nervous because this one is a new card after my other one had just expired.

I have a PDL out with ZIP19.com but its not the first one I have taken. As soon as you pay it off you can take out another which is unfortunately what I have done several times and then each time they increase the amount that you can take. When I was trying to find some info on them I believe I found that they are in Malta and I am in IL where I do not see that they are licensed. I have closed my account now and am in the process of putting together letters/emails but just have the feeling they may be trouble. Has anyone dealt with them before?

I took out a loan of $500 and so far i have paid them $800 and only $50 has been applied to the loan is there anything i can do? I had my bank to stop paynent because there taking out $185 tmrw. And my payments change. Im from nc.

I have been in credit solutions since the summer of 2010 and they've only helped me settle only 1 of 4 accounts. Just like what they wanted i sent them letter notices from the creditors and there was never a call or an email back from CS, almost like if they were ignoring me. Even when i had enough money in my bank account to pay off a card or two. Up until november 2011 they completely stopped charging me, I didn't notice that they stopped charging me up until april/may of this year. I've been trying to contact them since.

An Officer Johnson keeps calling me and telling me if i dont call her back she is going to issue a warrant for my arrest

Who are this people they took money out of my account and i don't know who they are. how do i fine out
