I had got a cell phone for my oldest daughter and she did not pay the bill and when i was young i was stupid but you learn from your mistakes. :cry:

Does anyone have T & C email address? I sent them their fee the other day so they could get started on my consolidation, but have had no luck getting through to them on the status of my account.

As most of you know, I have been with debt settlement for several months now. We had to remove my husband's accounts because they were secured or had collateral on them. Well, we have been struggling with those payments the last few months so made an appointment with our local CCCS. This happened yesterday and went well. He will be officially starting in October for 57 months but they said they could work with all his creditors. There was two small medical bills they said they could pay on his own though. Now, this is what surprised me.

I was wondering how student loans effect your credit score? Does it in any way help with your credit score or not? I had to take out a loan for this school year and was just curious. I have other student loans that I was able to consolidate under a lower interest rate of 2.875%. FYI: I am not default on any of my loans.

1st credit is at it again..there using myspace to look for people.. i had to change my number because they keeped calling me 10-15 times a day and when i send a cease and disist letter and ask for validation the lady said we dont have to obay that were still going to make " cortasy calls" until you come to some arragmets..

I have seen a number of complaints about this company on this site. These people are nothing but a bunch of crooks. And that is putting it nicely. They are trying to stick a judgment on me for over $12,000 for accounts I never had. Plus, they never served me with papers saying they were filing a law suit. They are completely unethical. If anyone has any suggestions on dealing with them, I'd appreciate it. Jackie

I heave 2 pdls out and they both are making all kinds of threats. One of them is threatening wage garnishment and wont accept debt consolidations and will not make reasonable payment soulution. They prettymuch demand the whole thing up front. Can anyone help? Is ther a debt consolidator that deals with these loan companies?

Has anyone heard any recent news on the defunct Riask Management Partners? Has anyone had success getting their money?

Well, I was involved in an accident in 2001. I failed to have auto insurance resulting in a judgment against my license. The total debt was $4,409. I had set up a promissary note to pay $175/mo.to Javitch,Block & Rathbone(attorneys@law) I decreased the debt to $2,883 in 2003 and then I lost my job. A 10% interest rate applies as well. The debt has since gone up! I live out in the country without a license. For the past 5 yrs. I have been unable to hold a job due to my lack of transportation and unable to pursue further edjucation for a career in CNC programming.
