These people are nothing but a bunch of lying, conniving thieves. I had them with T&C and they kept rejecting the proposal. I myself was paying them $15 online with my bank account to try to save at least one $30 fee. I offered a payment plan to get it under the limit, they rejected it. I paid $128 to get them under the limit finally. They rejected the payment, gave me at least two different reasons why, the most popular was I had the wrong bank info, the same bank info I had been using all along. So they charged me another $15 along with $60 for being OTL and past due. They called.

Everyone - I spent the better part of the day (took *waaaaaay* longer than I anticipated) preparing the letters to send to my PDLs once I know my account is closed (hopefully tomorrow). Since I appreciate what this community has already done for me and my family and since I got my original letter templates here, I thought I would return the favor by posting one of the letters I came up with today. It's basically a combination of several templates I got here. Anyone and everyone that needs it is welcome to use it against the PDL thieves.

I live in New York city and I am 23 years old. As you may or may not know rent in New York is very very expensive. Living is very expensive and I also have Expensive habits. I have about 3500 in credit card debt which is killing me and I am one month late on rent which is 1350 dollar behind. My credit card bill keeps growing because I need to use to to pay other bills and pay rent. Any sort of advice would help

I just received my statement from my bank and noticed Sonic tried to debit my account under the name of Northway Debit, they use to use Coastline credit I believe. Oh well to bad they didn'y get their money

HI ev1! I have searched the topics here and can't find a situation like mine. I have 2 credit cards in my name one is from Chase the other AT&T. I've had 5 back ops and can no longer work. My hubby and I are living on $1,068.00 Soc. Sec. a month. We were able to make our monthly credit card payments until that new law was passed in January forcing ev1 to pay more to thier principle. My payments on the Chase casrd doubled and we could no longer afford to make the monthly payments. I saw an attorney about bancruptcy but we have too much equity in our home and it can be sold out from under us.

I just received a phone call from Bass and Asso. they said that if i did not pay a ridilicious amount by 5 pm that i may be arrrested for check fraud malicious atttempt and they would contact my employer as well. please help i don't have that kind of money

Help, I applied for a payday loan which I thought I was denied for. Only to find out a month later that it went through due to a telephone call at my job from a man with a foreign accent and a bad attitude. He could not fax me a document with there company letter head to prove to me that they where from payday loan until I paid them the money. Which they told me if I didn't there would be legal attaction taken against me something with my job and where I live I couldn't understand them.
