I've been using E-funds transfers, from my checking account, to pay my monthly credit card payments. If I default on an account, would the credit card company try to collect by using my E-fund tranfer information? Have any of you had this problem?

I applied for another payday loan and then received an e-mail, then several calls that I had been approved for $200.00. After hearing the fee of $80.00 for payout, I declined the loan and they called again this week and through my own stupidity, talked me into the loan, confirming everything by phone, including my checking acct info.

Question, I had made arrangements with Stillman Law office from a credit card I had like 5 years ago. At first they had a "Summons and Complaint" then a "Judgement" against me or maybe the other way around for $2129.34 I had contacted them and said I was willing to make some kind of payment arrangements, they sent me a letter stating I would pay $185 a month I contacted them and said I could only afford $100 a month, this was agreed upon verbally and have been making these payments since and have been current.

Being a single woman in the working world I have made some silly mistakes because of the need of money or just because there was something I just had to have. I put myself in major debt after just getting out of minor debt before I purchased my condo. It was this credit company sending me checks and it seem to be at the times I needed money most. After I have torn up two checks that they have sent the third one wasn't so lucky. I debated long and hard if I was going to actually cashed it I prayed and prayed and it seem to have been heaven sent.

Which program works best in terms of PDL(internet) and credit cards?
