The SOL is 3 years in this state. My last payment was made in August 2003, on this credit card. I do not recall the day. If the collection agency decides to file a suit, what date is considered the SOL date?

Wisconsin does not appear to have any interest limit laws whatsoever, however, all the laws state that this refers to "licensed lenders". It states that the Department of Financial Institutions licenses lenders that charge more than 18% annum. Does anyone know if this means that if my lender is not licensed they can't charge me more than 18% or does that mean they can't lend to me whatsoever. Also, they are legally required for the state of Wisconsin to notify my spouse that I have taken out a loan.

i am twenty years old. when i turned eighteen i thought credit cards were free money and made the huge mistake of treating them that way. now after ignoring this problem for two years. i need help.

i dont have any cololection agencys calling me my credit score is 749 i just have 3 creditcards that i pay on and i'm looking to get a loan or something that will make me only have one pymt a month instead of 3. Thank you

Anybody that is useing T&C happy and satified with them?

This is my first time posting here; I can sure use some advice please. I had a couple of payday loans, for reasons not discussed they ended up with Pinnion. I worked with them and have paid off one. Now the second one’s payment plan should be underway they were going to take 2 payments, but because of something that happened personally I can't commit to that. I can make much smaller payments now. I was going to pay say 200 bucks on the 15th and another on the 31st. this would pay off the debt completely.

Can anyone give me feedback on "Superior debt relief"?

It has recently come to my attention that Credit partnership no longer exist. I have sent them over $20000.00, and they have only taken care of 2 of my 8 debts. From my guestimate they still have over 15000.00 of my money, and I still have creditors to take care of. Help and any advice would be much appreciated.
