I keep getting a call from Ann @ Sims & Associates, she says my debt is only for $260.00 and is pressuring me for a payment, but I don't know what company they are calling me regarding. As far as I know I don't owe anyone $260.00. Finally after about the 4th attempt she got real nasty with me and I told her she needed to send me a statement or bill in the mail so I could turn it over to my credit counseling service....and maybe I'm crazy but she didn't really understand what I wanted and why, because she said to me "You understand it is just $260.00 you owe." WHAT?

Please help i need the number to the pdl, so i can pay my loan off. I can remember the website or what this stands for. Please anyone help

Company/Individual reported: credicure Credicure and the law offices of Brennan deducted money from my account without any previous notification as required by contract. Both offices have not returned my calls,faxs, or e-mails. They are totally non reliable, non responsive, and ethics are highly questionable.

I finally got a hold of T&C and finally got a contract to sign and send back w/ my payment. I am so happy, on the other hand I don't know what to do with my loans that are due today. Should I stop payments and ACH on some of them. Or should I call the pdl companies and tell them that I'm working to consolidate my ln w/ T&C. Help, help!!!

I have three debts in default. One has gone over to 1st Credit Ltd, one was with barclays and says the debt and liabiltiy has been taken over, but to whom it doesn't say. The last is T-mobile which gives no indication to who I owe the money to. I am scared I will now be refused a mortgage, so I need to clear these debts ASAP please help

Just when I thought things could not get worse...it did. I was served with summons few days ago by Richard Komyatte and Associates for the medical debts. I owe the hospital 1421 dollars but the attorney is asking for 1827.51 dollars. Of course, I immediately called the attorney's office to see if it can be worked out and prevent the court date. (There is no court date on the summons). They said I must pay in full by August 31st or the judgement will be entered against me. What do I do?

I want to consolidate my two credit cards into one low monthly payment. I put a lot of my college summer classes and books on my Chase credit card. I used my other credit card for my pets surgery, medical bills, and follow up visits. I have a few other credit cards with small amounts on them and will have them paid off in a few months. Hello again! I did a search for this number and only a little bit has come up. Does anyone know what this is for, if it's legit, what the company is? I called and it either goes straight to a voicemail with no company name or to a woman with the name of Mrs. Farver (?) and no company name.
