Anyone have any suggestions? I have sent them a letter by mail, e-mail & Fax revoking wage assignment and revoking ACH's and Also stating I am not to be contacted at work under no circumstances. I gave them my e-mail address and my cell phone number. So, they call me at work today! Great! I re-emailed my letter and put in bold print not to contact me at work that I have given them two other means of getting a hold of me and that should be enough.

I recently signed up at this site and got an initial call from Superior Debt...unfortunately, I am also out of town until the weekend and have no cell reception, so we have been playing email tag and will hopefully talk next week. My concern is that it seems that Superior Debt doesn't do debt consolidation, which is what I am interested in for a number of reasons.

Currently, I am head over heals with debt. My car note is almost two months behind. I also have pay day loans outstanding that need to paid off and also other debt that is on my credit report. I don't want to file bankruptcy I just want to get a handle on my bills. Please help me! Thank you, Evashta

Hey all it looks like a national PDL is in hot water here in Washington State. Check N Go is being taken to task for violating Washington State Rules. Anyone dealing with Check N Go should read the complaint, cechk their contract and their state law.

I'm looking for advise, I have 5 payday loans and it's getting me deeper and deeper in debt. Does debt consolidation work for payday loans ? What other options are available ? Loans 1) Sonic, this one worries me the most 2) Advance America 3) Magnum CashAdvance 4) Immediate Payday loans 5) Cashadvance USA I have been late with Sonic before and always paid them, but this time I can't. Should I just send them something to let them know my intentions are to pay back ?

I am unable to pay my other bills because of the numerous payday loans that I have gotten myself into. I don't know what to do! CCCS of Dallas doesn't work with PDL companies because they don't work with them. I am getting physically ill dealing with stress of these loans. DESPERATELY NEED HELP!! I make a decent amount of money which would normally cover my bills but I had some unexpected events to take place and got behind and took the PDL suicide route.

It can be frustrating trying to sort through your state's government websites to find the lending laws that pertain to you, so using Tammy's list of state code details and the info from the paydayloan info website, here's a list of each states lending laws. This is a work in progress, so I'll add more as I read more about specific details of each state, but for now it can at least be a decent jumping off point for those of you dealing with PDLs. :)

Payday loan is my worst nightmare. If I only have the power the vanish all of them, I'll do it. I've been out off work because of disability for 3 months. To cover all my bills, I resorted to getting a loan. Started from1, then 2 & so on & so forth. Until I can no longer pay any of my real bills bec. all my money are going to pdl interest. Now my house is for foreclosure, car company is harrasing me because I'm 2 months behind and I don't have the $$ to pay for my pdl interest anymore. It's funny bec.

I filed BANKRUPTCY 2 days ago. Things were getting out of hand I joined this sight June of 2006 and it has provided me with tons of helpful information. Like many people, I was caught up in the PDL trap and didn't know what I was going to do. By the time I closed one account and froze the other, I owed 15 PDL companies. I was also trying to battle 8 credit card companies and I thought I was going to lose my mind. All but one of the credit cards was either charged-off or in collections and most of them was not trying to accept payment arrangements.
