I have two questions. Will my consolidated credit card debts, around $14,000, will I be able to make a monthly payment that fits my income? Also, will I be able to pay you a fee that fits my income?

I posted last week that I had spoken to CCCA/Hess Kennedy and we had NOT signed and returned the contracts. We decided not the work with these companies due to research we had done. So I posted on here to see what to do in order for the initial payment to not be taken out of our account. I also faxed and emailed the company asking for this to not happen since we were not actual clients. Well guess what?!? They debited my account anyway. When I called CCCA all they could tell me was it was company policy. They charged me $336 to print off some papers!!!!

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone know, is it legal for a pdl or any collection agency to use a company name other that the one you originally contracted with? As I said in another post, I'm dealing with DMS marketing and they are attempting to take money from my account using the names DMS Marketing, Check Recovre and Exprescash/loans. I have attempted to make payment arrangements with these people, and have even agreed to terms suggested by them, but now they refuse to acknowledge this and have tried to debit my account for the full amount of the loan.

Where can I get a copy and what do I do then? They are harrassing me to the point that I do not sleep and do not eat I am a wreck. please help me

Beware I am getting text messages on my cell phone to apply for a payday loan at pday2.com. I don't want in that circle again. I have blocked text messages coming to my cell phone because I am not paying for receiving them and I do not have text messaging on my cell phone. I have it on my kids but not mine. The cell company was very nice and credited the charge. Thanks to this forum I have managed to get paid in full on the payday loans I had and even a refund from PaydayOK.
