i have about 14000 in debt from school loans to personal loans to house hold goods. i have no trouble maing payments but i have like 5 payments to five different companies and banks i just want one payment once a month to make it easier i jsut want a consolidation loan really

Is there a company that you can use to consolidate your payday loans only? I want to pay these debts but the interest had killed my account which now has caused me too many NSF to keep up with... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can someone tell me if this is legal? I had an account with Chase that went delinquent and was charged off. They ultimately sent it to a collections company that decided to sue me and I was served papers. I paid off the collection company a settlement amount and the court was to be notified of this so everything was to be closed out and I did not have to go to court. I now have noticed on my credit bureau report another collection company showing the balance that was charged off in the settlement and they are trying to collect on this amount.

In a nutshell...I got laid of twice in less than 12 months, and needed help so I acted out of desperation and took out payday loans, both online and locally. So far, I've been able to keep up on the payments for these things, but it's put everything else in jeopardy. My little girl will be two next week and it's not fair to her to have a mommy who's stressed out and worried about money all the time...it's time to take back control of my finances! I'm so glad I found this forum yesterday...it's given me more hope than I've had about my situation in a very long time!

I've been trying to call T&C for a week now but it seems that there's something wrong with their phone. I was able to get through a couple of times but will be put on hold for so long then the line went dead again. Any advice. I also called our 800# (8006011579)but was told to wait for a call froma counselor but got no luck. I have 2 more days before I default on my 13 pdl. I know it's wrong but last night I received a foreclosure notice for my house so I have no any other choice. I have to pay my mortgage first. Anyone who can give me a serious advise on how to handle this problems.

I do not understand this company. I get multiple calls from them and everytime someone calls, they want to settle my account for a different amount. They say my balance is now $979 but they will accept $300-$600 as payment in full depending on who I talk to. I kept calling back and talking to someone different and I get a different figure. It is very annoying. They call me from 442084922780. I've seen other experiences with this company under another name from the UK. I just want them to go a way. Should I keep playing, let's make a deal on the amount I owe them?

well i bought a car for my 18th birthday and i cant afford it anymore but i have to have it and i cant afford to get another and my becan score is only a 422. i have 2 federal school loans that i am unable to pay for also. i have not made one payment on them. I make really good money i just cannot remember to pay all of them. I just need to pay one thing

I need some help on trying to get out of this PDL debt. I currently have 5 loans out with online lenders: One Click Cash Apple Payday Zip Cash ameriloan and United Cash Loans I do not know what to do, my paycheck is practically gone before I even see it! Does anyone have any advice? :cry:
