Beware if any of you hve a loan with prl evidently when you did the ducoments you signed giving them authority to take it out of your paycheck if you defaullted. Believe me was i surprised when it came out of my check and i had to contact the payroll department to find out what it was. I did not hear a word from them besides i had contacted them that i had closed that checking account and to give me an address and i would send a mo in the amount i owed. I did not hear anything, my acount was debited 3 more times for 2 checks each and now this! -- lanita

I called one of the company that according to this forum can consolidate or help me settle w/ pdl. Unfortunately, according to them pdl cannot be consolidated and the only way out is to make a payment arrangements with them. I have 13 pdl and to make a payment arrangement will still hurt me because their conditions are to repay the loan within 90 days. Some of them doesn't want to settle and threaten me that I signed something that I'm waiving my right for settlement. I read the pdl law in Nevada and seems like I'm in the point of no return. Please help as I am back to square one.

I have close to $7,000 debt mainly in CC debt. All of the accounts have been charged off. I managed to pay 1 off, but that took a while. I want to pay the rest of it off, but I'm interested in the options I have with debt consolidation so I can pay them off all at once instead of one at a time.

Ok guys, I have some debt but not alot(in my eyes atleast). I would say I have about $2500 in debt from a credit card, store card, cell phone bill, old checking account. I'm making a little more now and think I can pay of some of thses debts but was wondering if debt consildation actually help your credit score seeing the accounts have been delinquent for so long(a couple years). Hi. I am about to stop payments on two payday loan companies: Cash Central and Ten Dollar Payday. Once I do ACH stop, what occurs after that? Will this appear on my credit report? Will they call each day to harass me or bother me at work? I can pay each of them off and never get another one. But I need time because money is becoming tight.

Anyone know anything, or have dealt with this company? Just wondering how they are, and if they work with people with bad credit.
