My mother owned a spray tanning salon and the dba (doing business as) was in her name and my sister and I worked for her.To make a long story short she sent my sister and I to meet with a salesman to put an ad in a massive mail flyer for advertising, this was in 2004. He showed us the lay out and said he had a contract for us to sign I told him everything was in my mothers name and legally I didn't have the authority to sign the contract. He said just sign the contract and I'll fax everything over to your mother for her approval.

This past week a PDl manger came in on the job.I know her because my wife has a loan with her but she did not want my wife but another girl that works there.She started harassing the girl in front of customers!!!She told the girl she was not going to leave until she got her money.The night manger told the PDL manger you had to leave or he will call the cops!!!She looked at him and laugh "I already have them here"!!!!She went outside for second and then a county cop came in.After the store closed we all left and the girl and PDL manger were talking things out,but the cop was sitting in his part

Company/Individual reported: Cash Today ( payday loans ) I got a payday loan about last year in October for $200. While getting needed information from me at my job, I was told that there would be a $79 dollar fee. Then I was told the total loan would be due my next payday and would be automatically taken out of my account. To stop them from taking it out of my account I would have to call that wednesday before my payday. So that week came and I never called for them to extend the loan.

I'm 21 years old, been unemploymed for 3 months and have credit cards, collection notices, and a student loan to pay back (that which starts next week). I want to know can collections and credit card debt be combined for consolidation? Or is it just credit cards? I'm still unemployed, but I rather have an understanding ASAP so that once employment starts, I know what direction to move in.
