I found out today that Bally Fitness has tried to charge its monthly fee 8 times to a VISA debit card I reported as lost 3 months ago(which has since been replaced with a completely different number). While the VISA debit card is tied to my main bank account, Bally's doesn't have the bank account number or the new VISA account number. In any event, the first attempt came back NSF(I'm starting to use a new bank because of stuff like this!!) so they kept trying. I hadn't added any funds during the entire time so when I next checked my account there were 8 overdrafts from Bally's.

Ok we all know that they are a bunch of high intrest loans so why do we keep going????

Anyone ever dealt with them? I have incluced them in my debt consolidation plan, however I just received a phone call from them. I advised them they should be receiving a proposal shortly. Cashcall advised me they do no deal with 3rd parties and I needed to get this taken care of asap. Any thoughts?

we paid off all credit cards in 1998 never got release letters but have copies of the canceledchecks they are still on our credits as open one said paid we have judgement against for the one thats is paid its up to 4500 now we paid 1500 in 1998 any suggestions

I know there is tons here about Sonicpayday, i've done some reading. My specific situation is that I had a loan with them and some "things" came up and my account overdrafted and their debit from my account bounced NSF. I've now received "the call" that says that they will "escalate this to my employer". I currently live in Indiana. What can they do at this point. They've refused payments (even $400-$500/month payments) and said I have to pay in full. I am interested in the T&C that is mentioned, but can not find contact info.
