I have had 2 IPDL referred to CA of which I sent S&D letters and have never heard back from either the IPDL nor the CA. I have attempted to send money to IPDL to pay on principal but those have been returned. Haven't checked Credit report but am guessing they have reported it to them. From what i have read I should dispute them and have them removed due to their illegality ?

So after speaking with both the store front and check n go corporate at length, I'm not too happy about the situation. I tok the first step today and revoked the ACH. I called corporate right away to set up a plan and they stated its still with the store. I call the store and they state they won't send it to collections until its about 30 days past due. Here's the best part... once it goes to collections even just their corporate internal collections they write it off as a loss and report it to your 3 major credit reports. Are you f'n kidding me?

So I have just received a blue card from Town and Country and they are acutally 1 hour from my home town, they seemed very nice and all, I have tried talking to my pay day loan people I have 5 and they are not willing to work with me except with crazy large payments that I can not pay each month to all of them at the same time. So has anyone had good dealing with Town and Country or know a way I can make my payday loans accept smaller payments, they keep trying to debt my account by braking the payments smaller and costing me more in overdraft fees. I am drowing and stressing here. HELP

How do I go about getting out of payday loan in NJ? I paid portion of the loans but I refuse to pay the ridiculous fees that I was not made aware of from the start.

I received $250 in my account on January 5. A day later, I was laid off. I continued to pay the $75 refinance charges because I thought I would of been employed soon enough to re-pay the $325 which reflected the loan plus the rrefinance charge. I continued to pay $75 every two weeks while I received unemployment until July 25. Because my paydays were no longer on Friday, I was penalized $34 for every overdraft. This ocuured 4 times.
