Recieved letters from 2 companies Professional Affiliates of Denver, and Credit Management Control of Racine WI, expecting payments. Sent letters, CM-RRR of course, to both. Professional? Affiliates sent photocopies of paper work, but failed to provide any other requested information. Sent letter back, stating that what they sent was NOT acceptable and that they were to validate the account in question, by providing me specific information.

Have gotten calls from the following numbers, with little and no information left: Elaine - 1-888-243-5084 Was lucky to make that out. Call was so garbled, I almost couldn't understand what was said! Myra? - 1-800-444-9927 Just says "Hey, this is Mrya" and the number. Has called 2-3 times already, usually in the middle of MY night, which runs from maybe 9AM to 8PM. Don't have time to call back, and don't intend on it either!

I don't really have a lot of credit card debit, just one card- most of my debt is in payday loans, and a car title loan. My bank account is going to be negative very soon because of these, and I cannot afford to pay these loans back anymore. I feel like I have already paid them back just by paying the minimum payment, and writing them another check. It is a vicious cycle. Can I consolidate these into one lower monthly payment, AND my next question is- what will they do to you if you just don't ever go back in and pay it?

As if the whole Payday Loan things wasn't bad enough for me right now, today there is a so-called "pre-authorized check" sent through my account from Acclaim Visa for $159.95. I read all about their scam online. Has anyone else had this happen? If I fill out the forms at the bank that this was not authorized, will I get my money back?

I have composed a letter of settlement to attorney that has taken over my debt and served me with a citation. Now what I am wondering before I send it is this... Since November of last year they have told me this debt HAS be to be paid in full, had they accepted a payment plan then this debt could have been reduced quite a bit to date. The amount according to them is 9400. In my letter I have asked to either settle for 5500 full payment or 30 payments of 225 which would settle for 6750. Should I even go lower so they have room to go higher?

Ok, i've been hearing a couple of different stories about debt consolidation...I have some bills that are in collection right now...I'm trying to purchase my first home...so I wanted to clear some things up on my credit report...but will that damage my credit score...should i just contact the people myself...or work with the companies myself...

i have financial problems. one, i shot myself in the leg by applying and enrolling for an IT study at home course which i now discover i really do not need. I signed a contract to pay back a certain amount over 2 years. Two, i have a mobile phone and took out another for my gf who always exceeds the allowance thereby running up a lot of bills. Three, I have a loan i am paying back. Basically my outgoings far exceeds my earnings. I REALLY NEED HELP

they are a shady company i worked for them,.....half the time they do something illegal to try and scare you..like threaten.....it is not taught to do so..but "team members" tell you out of training and most practice that!!! if they do not say that they are a debt collector or the dc/mm or if the mail you more than 1 letter a month or call after you tell them not too..you can get them in trouble!!!
