Hi how long can I go without sending min. pymt's to creditors thier all with citi bank ? im currently 3-months behind and am in a I believe inhouse collections stage. Im trying to save money so I can either go find a good and honest debt settlement program since I found out t & c can not get dell financial service to accept a debt management program. So heres my question HOW LONG CAN I GO BEFORE IM HIT WITH A LIEN OR GARNISHMNET OR JUDGEMENT then I can come in to them and slam them with a one on one settlement or work with a DS company

I have recently received 3 separate e-mails from a Pay Day Lender I do not recognize called 500 fast cash paypinion and that they were willing to do a debt settlement for $65.00. Back in early 2004, I had multiple payday loans which caused me to be in excessive debt, I had filed for Chapter 7 bk in late 2004, closed my checking account, and the bk was discharged in early 2005. To the very best of my knowledge, I had included all of my creditors on my Bk petition. I had not received any e-mail or postal mail correspondence from a Pay day lender until recently July 2006.

Hi guys, I just wanted to write and say I won't be around that much over the next few weeks or so. My mom was recently diagnosed with cancer so that will be my primary concern right now. It hasn't spread but we are still waiting to hear back from the second biopsy to see which type of cancer she actually has. It doesn't seem like it's spread which we were happy to here. I'm going to take some time off of work when she is going through her chemo/radiotion treatment. Right now this has to be my priority so please keep us in your prayers. :)

The block to the left of the screen where we log in is covering part of the message/reply screen, making it difficult to read and post. Any chance that can be fixed? I have learned a lot from this board and would like to help others with what I have learned, but this is very frustrating. It's not my browser, I have triled two others. When I first found the board last month, the block was to the right of the screen and there were no problems with posts being partially covered by it. Thanks!

Hi, I was wondering if you work with collection agencies from cash advance companies as I am caught up in the vicious cycle?

I have had a few payday loans that I have defaulted on. I closed my old checking account and got a new one from a totally different bank. It's been about a month since. I swore i would never take out another loan but i am in a bad spot right now and think just one won't do any harm. Does anyone know of a good reputable company I can deal with. Since the new company I will loan through will have my new bank info can the old companies start debiting my new account even though I never gave them the info? If anyone knows a good company please let me know.
