I've enlisted the help of Credit Solutions America to handle a bulk of my unsecured debt. However, I've begun to read negative commentary about their company and am starting to get a little worried. I spoke with a Chase Credit representative and advised me that it was useless for me to enlist their help b/c by the time I accrued the necessary funds to settle my cc debt that they would have either sent it to collections or litigation. Now, I'm not sure who to believe. Should I just continue with my original debt settlement through Credit Solutions or settle w/ Chase Bank on my own.

If you call the original creditor/credit card and ask them whe the last payment was made(over 2 yrs ago), will the SOL be rest or will the collection agency sue?

000-000-0000 has called several days times in the past week. They say nothing if I answer the phone, and if I don't answer, they leave no message. Strange.

They called my cell phone over and over yesterday and didn't leave any messages. When I tried to call back private the line was just busy. Then I called from a non-private number other than my own and the phone started ringing. When the guy picked up he was talking fast and I just hung up. So it seems as if they don't accept private calls. 814-868-1237 and 818-528-2304
