has anyone heard about this company or used this company

my husband is 22 and i am 21 and we are stuck in debt i have no clue who to call or who is good T&C i hear but i need to know if there is any more good ones that you all know about and if so give me the websites and what is the website to T&C

For the past few weeks, allied interstate showed up on my caller ID every other two/three days. I missed the calls but did check them out on the internet. After I learned they are the collection agency, I quickly ordered my credit report and found it was in good standing. I've no overdue payments what so ever. Why Allied called me? What should I do now if I receive their calls in the future? The numbers showed up on my caller id had a 253 area code? Do they have an office in that state? I always have a good credit rating and now i'm kind of worry. Any suggestion? Thanks!

I was wondering how i can discontinue my membership to your organization. I do vaguely remember joining this free credit check on the internent, now I continue to have $12 automatically deducted from my checking account and it is really starting to bother me. I just want out, and to have no more money taken from my checking account. I hope that you can tell me how to get out. Also, if i had to give a member name and password I am sure that it has slipped my mind by now, just in case if I should have to know this information to discontinue the credit checks.

Hi, me and my wife ran credit checks on ourselves after getting a letter from the VA. Anyways there is a single negative entry for collection from Pallisades Collection collecting on an AT&T account. I called Pallisades and gave them my SSN and was told there is no outstanding debt owed by me. I gave them the account number from the credit report (Experian BTW...the other 2 bureaus show nothing). With the account number something comes up in my name but I was told it was a different SSN. I was told to call the credit bureau and dispute it.

I wanted to say thank you to all of you for your help, and let you all know that my husband contacted T&C and they are accepting him with all of his payday loan problems (all 7 of them) and they even told my husband that they will add his truck payment to it. i didnt know that they did this, but the lady told him that they would. he has to send $155 dollar retainer fee, and then fax all of the papers to t&c tomorrow.

My husband and I moved to California from Texas in March of this year. We have a total of 6 payday loans, 5 of which are in my husbands name. They all originate in Texas. Some of the lenders are now contacting my husbands family, but they refuse to give them any information. My husband and I are on a fixed income. We both work full time, and are trying hard to make ends meet.

I have previously posted here about the above. They are saying i owe $1,489.15 from an account through american web cash.com / moneytree. I paid $1026 already and closed my account because i moved. I sent 2 letters requesting debt validation. I just received a response saying "proof of debt will not be mailed to you because we mailed it on 3/16/06, the same date we got your notice." However, this was not a complete validation. Also, they re-sent a letter and said the original letter was dated 2/20/06.

Has anyone ever had to deal with the with the Law offices of Bryan K Levy in Arizona? Its a collection firm, I have a couple of old accounts with that group from old crdit cards...I haven't heard from them in a while, I am thinking T&C might be able to help me with them as well. They do not have my cell number, but have left some pretty nasty and intimidating messages on the answering machine, it has been a while since they have called though

I received a v/m today from the above. The woman identified herself as Ms Jones. She said she was calling from Attorney Burgess' office regarding a lawsuit that has been filed - Docket #116... Ms Jones requested a return call to 800-359-0751, to provide a date for a court appearance. She went on to explain that "failure to do so" would result in a supbeona being served at your home or place of business. The person she is looking for is a family member but does not live with me. There's about 3k miles between us and communication is sporadic and rare.
