Need advise-Pinnon Management I was making arrangements with Pinnon on this loan and all of a sudden they went in my account and took 2 payments of 81.00 I did not authorize I closed my account and called them and told them I did not authorize these 2 payments he screamed at me on the phone saying yes I did I told him I authorized the ones in the past but not these he is calling me work every hour I sent Pinnon a debt validation letter. Any advise what I should do?

I got a message from some lady name Anna (904-685-5008) wishing me good luck...and ironically I got the same call from a guy named prince carter at united federal bank. From reading the posts in the forum, the mistake I made was sending them a fax stating the dates I would pay the debt prior to getting a debt validation, because my payday loan was for 300 and i'm repaying 700. I did get nervous when he started talking about cops coming to my job,and suckered into to sending the fax - though I did make a payment in full that day as he requested.

I have my letters ready to go out but i was wondering if i should close my bank account now so that they can not take anymore money out.

Hello, I am writing today to ask for assistance with a debt on my boyfriend's behalf. In March this year he received a bill for about $150 from a past due amount with Sprint. The thing is, the account tied to this amount was only open for about a month and closed in 2001. He never received any bills or communication from Sprint or this Cavalry Portfolio Services place in Hawthorne, NY in five years. Then this March he got the bill.
