I recently fell into the spiral of payday loans, as well. It started with one to help me with moving expenses. And then another, and another..to the point that I have 5 now. I never intended it to get that far but when I was really broke and had nothing to my name and no one to borrow money from, that was the only option. But now, between the five companies, they are deducting $910 per month and NONE of it is going to the principle on the loans.

Hello everyone, It has been a short while since I have been on here.I recently had an experience with someone using my information and gaining credit then not paying it. Now here is the funny part. The company located me and called to collect. I explained that One: I did not live in the vicinity of the alleged debt ever! Two: the social that they have has been inverted and not mine. Three: I never received services from them. and Four: I was not the person they were looking for. Low and behold, I get a collection letter and nasty phone call afterwards and go through the ritual again.

I just received a lovely email from ameriloan refusing to mark my account as paid in full. They are willing to settle. Honestly, I can't decide if it is worth it to fight them (they're not licensed in this state, and have charged way too much interest even if they were, and have rolled my loan over six times...) or just to pay them what they think I owe ($80).

I am lost in cash advances and would like some help on how to get them paid off and to survive. Please someone help me. I am so tired of worring and crying my eyes out over this mess i have gotten myself into. Thank you!
