I had my homeowners ins thru GPC, at it's renewal time I purchased other ins & they were notified by fax. They didn't cancel the policy on time and are now trying to make me pay additional fee's for canceling it. I have notified them of this in writing several times. I have ask that they explain the charges, which todate I have not received. But they show me late because of this ins chg and continue to call harrassing me. What can I do if they won't send me an explanation of the charges (which I don't believe I owe) and they won't stop billing me for it?

Hi everyone... I have to pdl's that I've been trying to pay off on my own. I also have others that I've been trying to handle, but it's so much money every month. The two that are being deducted from my bank account: on one, the loan was 300 and I've paid 680, and on the other, the loan was 150 and I've paid 400. Is there anyway to close these out as paid, because I've already paid back what the loan amount was, and I could really use that extra money to try and deal with the rest of the loans (couldn't we all, huh?)

got terribly sick in may and didn't work at all. i need to pay mortgage and payday loans are being pulled out with as many as 8 "little" payments instead of one, and at one point they came out the day before i got paid and those "little" payments, (one was for 2.00) each got an NSF of 20.00 adding up to 500.00, so then my paycheck went to cover THAT. i am now working at least 35 hours of overtime each week to catch up. BUT i need to know that it will not happen again next time i get paid, and i have trouble reaching anyone in the few hours i am home.
