Hello, How do I determine if a collection agency or colleciton attorney's office is licensed to collect in Pennsylvania? I appreciate any guidance you can throw my way. I have been contacted by 3 different collection attorneys' offices....Thomas Bamford (collecting for Orchard Mastercard), Fred Hanna (collecting for Bank of America), and Burton Neill (collecting for Citibank)....I am working with Greenpath debt solutions, but the delay in issuing proposals and payments made the difference in these accounts being handled in-house vs.

Zenque Funding: I applied for a payday loan. They've deposited the $ into my account, but when I call they say that they have no record of my info. I need the loan, but want to pay it down to reduce finance charges. Any suggestions?

Ok, I have quite a few PDLs that I stopped paying in April because I was going on maternity leave with no pay and just knew there was no way I was going to be able to keep up all these loans while I was out. Of course, I wishfully kept thinking I could have them all paid back by the time I had my baby, but as everyone here knows, that was just about impossible. So anyways, I had contact T & C in April, but then I didn't want to sign up just then because I was afraid while on maternity leave I wouldn't be able to pay them.

Hey everyone, I have been getting these spam emails in my regular email that are ads for Payday Loans that "only charge $10 per $100 loaned." Now, while this may seem like a "good deal" and "legal" in some states, DON'T FALL FOR IT!! I know in Texas, that is a legal amount to charge per $100 for short term loans, but it's the cycle that we must learn to stay away from. So, remember, even if the loan terms are within legal limits, these types of short-term loans are bad news for those of us who are so desperate we'll take anything. JUST A WARNING!!

I would like more feedback about this company as Ijust called them and it sounds almost to good to be true the amount of money I will save just in letting them handle all the PDL's and credit card debt, I will save a great deal of money a month this way and they say I would be in the program for 41 months So I would like imput

I'm looking for information on Zip Cash. I informed them that I was going to default and that I needed to make payment arrangements on my $250 loan and was told that my total payments are now $425 can they do that? I just defaulted June 21.
