did you know payday select and payday ok are same company?you all probably do . but i find it really funny that when i started out in the loan trap i appleid with payday ok but didn't get accepted but the payday select did. so if they ar same company but with 2 sites. then why did one accpet when other didn't? ever wonder that?

If a person is "Judgement Proof" meaning he can't be garnished to pay a debt, (because he is so poor), can a CA see that and sometimes do they decide not to sue because it will cost them more than they will ever collect?

So I got a call about some litigation naming me as a defendant on my voicemail. I was kinda shooken up because I really didnt know what it could be. Tuens out it is Douglass Burgess calling about a credit card debt. I really didnt know who these people were, so I started to ask who they were, where they were located, and saying that I had not gotten anything from them. The lady got real defensive and wouldnt answer my questions, but started to ask me about the card. I told her I needed something in writing, but she replied that I didnt understand the situation.

About 4 months ago I started using Superior Debt Services to get rid of some debt. Well today I got a call at work from a debt collection agency representing one of the credit cards I put on Superior, they told me they dont deal with debt consolidation companies and that I need to settle with them? What should I do, this guy sounded real serious? Any advice would be nice. Thanks

I happened on this forum by accident. I was searching for what wfnnb was. I receive 2-3 telephone calls daily asking for my daughter. I tell them time and time again that she doesn't live here, and to please stop calling. One person asked for her cell phone number, which I refuse to give out since they won't tell me what they want. I told them over a week ago to please mail something to her and I would make sure she gets it. However, I've received nothing in the mail and they keep calling daily.

Does anyone have any information regarding this company? Were there ever any threads discussing this company? I've looked around but haven't had any luck. The BBB doesn't give a positive review of their services, hence I'd like to find out more about them. Thank you. Johnny
