I want to set up payment arrangements with them because I can no longer afford the fees, are they easy to deal with? I am not in a position were I can close my checking account.

I received a message from someone named Douglas. His message was not very clear and even had the nerve to say that I needed to contact him within an hour of him leaving the message. He called me at work to top it off. I do not recognize the number...877-255-2778

I have a loan with ameriloan. I am going to have to stop payment on it today. The debits to my account clear in two seperate debits, one for the finance charge and one for the principle. My question is do I need to stop payment on both amounts? I'm afraid If I do they will group them together or something when they hit my account the next time and it will go through. Closing my account is not an option. Are they known to hit your account multiple times? Also how ruthless are their collectors? Will they get me in trouble at work calling non stop?

I am in a serious financial crunch and I have no idea what to do. I have 5 PDL fees that hit my account twice a month among my other bills. I am paying about 700 in fees a month and I am living check to check. I really want to get these paid off without having to close my checking account. What is the best way to go about making payment arrangements with the PDL people. I was just recently paid and after all my fees and other bills came out there was 18 dollars left in my checking account. It took all my power not to apply for another PDL.

Just Recieved this email from Dennis at nationwide.
If I understand he say I dont fall under New Mexico Law. Good Now it is to Oklahoma
They should not have given me a loan since oklahoma laws say you can only have 2 at a time.

I recently found out we are $90,000 in debt. This does not include our house or one of our vehicles. I looked at his paystub recently and today discovered 3 other loans one of which was $9,000. I am sick to my stomach. We had an argument about money a week ago and he said I am driving a wedge into our relationship. We have had an incredibly awesome relationship up to this point. I can't pretend this doesn't exist, though.

Is this a lawful act?19 years 7 months ago My car finance company talked to my family and neighbors while I was out of town. He told them he was a car finance company, He asked them where my car was, If I had given them money to pay bills and he asked for my address. He asked my neighbors if they had seen my car in my driveway and if they had seen us driving the car in the nieghborhood. My husband and I are both military and had been out of town on military orders. Is this lawful.
