Hello I have been trying to get a loan for a Semi I filled a forum out that said they will find me a lender so I was contacted by a man by the name of Jeffrey McIntosh He has offered the following to me first. This document verifies that **** (I Cleared my name out) has been given a loan of $55,000.00 for a 20-year term, at a payment of $272.06 per month, amortized at a fixed interest rate of 6%. The collateral Payment of $2750.00 is deducted from your total payback of $68,045.00. I called him to tell him I could not afford the collateral.

My boyfriend is taking me to Vegas in a couple of weeks, so if you notice I'm not here as often for a week...that's why!! maybe I can hit the jackpot and pay back all my PDL's!! HA! :lol: I know...it's only a dream...a girl can dream, can't she? :oops:

Can they be trusted? Are there any hidden fees that aren't discussed? Can I expect good results from this company. Please help me to decide if they are the company for me to use. Your input would be helpful H

Has anyone called only to find that you always get Riscuitys voicemail? Well, they have caller ID on their phone lines.(amazing)I know this to be true because I called to find the same thing. When I finally got through I did NOT identify myself and MS.BLACK called out my name. I have also noticed that I have started receiving calls from other companies on my cell phone.(my cell # was/is never my main # of contact for any company) BE CAREFUL someone is giving it out.

I heard today on CBS that more 18-25 year olds are filing gor bankruptcy than going to college. This fact blew my mind.I know we have to learn alot of times from our mistakes but it seems like something can be done to educate young people to these dangers of being overwhelmed with debt. Forums like this are a good way to become educated. If you are young,or older, read postings of people not only who have problems like your,but those who have made great efforts to becoming debt free. See how they did this and are clearing up their credit.

I have 3000 in credit card debt and , they are 4 months behind. I losy one of my jobs and fell behind. I need a loan to get them paid off so that my credit is not messed up any futher. I am working full time now and can afford the payment. please help me

Can someone please explain to me what can be listed on a credit report for a Creditor, i.e. Chase, that sold my account to a collection agency and I then paid off the collection agency directly in full. Can they list both entries in the credit report? Looks like they have two different collection agencies listed on this, however, I only received documentation from one agency and also sent final payment to one agency. How are they allowed to list three entries? thanks

Has anyone ever heard of Capital Collections? According to the BBB (they are not a member) they are licensed as a collection agency. They have called me home a few times and I told them that I need a validation letter before I send them anything. They sent me an email but nothing through the mail and the email was very generic. It's always a man with a heavy thick accent that calls, generally his name is David Lawson.
