I have entered a debt elimination program with superior debt services. Now my credit rating is gone from 760 to 480, I have been sued and lost, and I am still in the program with no way out. WHAT CAN I DO. Thanks, Roy

I received a bill from NCO Financial Systems, Inc for diagnostic services to a patient I don't even know. I realize this must be some kind of mix up but I have told them about it before. I also received another letter from them for services that were supposed to be paid by my chiropractor's office (that is what they told me or I wouldn't have agreed to the tests), what options to I have in these matters?

When a charged off credit card debt is sold to JDB/CA should the original creditor no longer be listed on your credit reports? If not, then the same old credit card debt can be listed by the original creditor and the JDB, both?

Hello, please tell me if the JDB who is reporting a debt as mine, to the credit bureaus, without validation, is braking the law? I have asked for validation and gotten nothing..but a statement with my name and address, SOL date, name of OC, and dollar amount. I have recieved the green certified letter card back to my address, twice from this JDB.

I received a letter from this company in regards to a bill that I know nothing about holiday spa of california. I havent lived in california since I was 17 years old. om not saying this is mine but what is the statue of limitations on this and can they report this to the credit bureaus?
