Hello i'm finally taking a stand with my debt. But i need some answers to how to get these debts paid off, my debt is fairly low. Some of the consolidaters wont even take it. Can anyone tall me of some things to do to get this taken care of quickly. Thanks in Advance!

:D :D :D :) :) I just got off the phone from my first conversation with T&C. The woman I spoke with was SO friendly and helpful. She took my debt information, advised me of the $155.00 retainer fee that will be refunded once I have made all the monthly payments to T&C, and then told me that T&C will pay my creditors the entire amount that they verify they are owed and then in turn I will repay T&C via my monthly payments to them. I feel SO much better!! :D :D . Next on my agenda is to find a job so that I can send the retainer fee to T&C and get this process going.

How do I redeem points?

My paperwork states they are doing business in New Mexico. I tried the BBB website and all I can find is a chicago address for cashnet. Check Giant is not on the bbb website

I shared earlier how finding this site literally saved my life,it squashed any contemplation I had of ending it. I hate having to admit to having a "mental illness" but it is relevant to my story and probably to many others. If you are mentally stable now, believe me just dealing with the PDLs can actually cause you to have a "nervous breakdown" and/or push you into the world of homelessness. I've already had the breakdown but it was unrelated to this but homelessness will be a direct result, although I am believing, in spite of overwhelming circumstances that I will avoid that.

Hi I'm pretty new here cause Im finally trying to find a way to eliminate my credit card debts. Im only 19 years old and I feel i have a big problem here. I have 2 credit cards both who are in a lot of debt because of being over the limit and late chargers. My hours were cut back at work causing me to miss some payments and it just snowballed from there. Then I was temporarily layed off.
