Hey everyone, Very sad news on my end…in case you haven't noticed, I haven't been posting in a while. I've been out of town, back home taking care of my mom. As some of you may know, I graduated college this semester, a few weeks ago. Well, a week later, I went home so my family could throw a party for me, and the day after the party, my mom had a heart attack. I am an only child, and this has been so extremely hard on me.

I answered the phone in my home about 5 minutes ago, and was treated with much disrespect from two of your representatives. The first's name was lauren, and the second was jonathan. Neither would answer my simple question of if I could get a phone number so my husband could call back about the account they own from Herberger's Stores in his (and my) name. I was repeatedly talked over when asking this question, was transfered mid-sentence while writing down the company name, and was genuinely treated as a lesser human being because we have little money left to pay our bills.

I am in trouble!!! I have two loans out there and I have not defaulted on them yet but nex friday I will. Everyone tells me to close my checking accoutn to avoid fees but I still have a very important check still out that needs to clear. What should I do??? Help me please! :(

I finally got my paid in full letter and it reads as follows. Account of: TSV (don't want to put whole name) With: HSBC BANK NEVADA, N.A. Balance: $.64 File No: 250*****-H This will serve to confirm that the above referenced account has been satified in full. If you have any questions you may contact us toll free at 1-888-200-6501 Finklestein, Kern, Steinberg & Cunningham Now my question is, Shannon stated that if it was received on Wednesday, that the balance would be $1581.31, and now they are saying .64 is still owed. How can that be?

I am just wondering do CA have to send you a monthly letter or something like a statement to show how much you have left to pay off? Cause I had to start to deal with this CA that also say they are a law firm, they sent me a letter that they have taken over my old Capital One Debit (which is a story in itself). Then they send me a letter saying that they had tried to get ahold of me for payments but were able to. The last one I got was from 3 months ago after I had made arrangements for the first of 3 months of payments.

Anyone ever deal with car loans with Americredit Financial?

have a combined debt of 20,000 on 2 cards and a loan. pay 140pm month for loan and 130pm for credit card 1 however credit card 2 are charging me repayments of 270 oer month which i carnt afford. i do owe them 9000 however i was divorced last year and as part of the divorce procedure i have a 9000 charge in a property however can only get my money at certain period EG house sold, children are 16 exc so at the latest it could be another 12 years. would the credit card company accept this as full payment if i transfered the charge on the property over to them. please help thasnks
